Ten years later, A Decade of Remembrance is an event devoted to paying tribute to the heroes of September 11, 2001. Whether they lost their lives at Ground Zero, in Afghanistan or Iraq or simply are part of the ongoing team of brave police officers, fire fighters and military personnel who continue to preserve our safety on a daily basis, this occasion is set aside to respect their sacrifice and honor their unwavering service to community and country.
